Black & White Luxury Car Rental LAX

• Must present original Valid Driver’s License and Major Credit Card or Debit Card
  • We do NOT accept Debit Cards on Luxury and Exotic Rentals.
  • To use a debit card you must have your own full coverage insurance that will transfer to the rental
• Proof of Automobile coverage
• A return flight ticket and local address or hotel.
• If you are local to Los Angeles, you will be asked to provide proof of address such as a utility bill.
• Minimum deposit is $500 plus the rental amount on a major credit card.
• Minimum deposit is $1,000 plus the rental amount on a debit card, on standard cars only
• Actual deposit may vary depending on Make, Model, and duration of rental.
• If you are 18-24, the underage fee starts at $25 per day depending on the rental vehicle.
• Underage renters must also have own vehicle insurance and only standard cars may be rented.
• WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRE-PAID OR LOADABLE DEBIT CARDS.
  • (EDD Cards, Green Dot, Chime, Square App, Venmo, or PayPal for example)
• NO CASH DEPOSITS
• Rental period are 24-hours increments; a rental day. You may return at any time. If you pick up at 9am then you are due back at 9am, anything after 2-hour grace period will be an extra day.
• Last shuttle ride to and from LAX is 30 minutes prior to closing time. 4:30pm on weekdays and 3:30pm on weekends.

We ask that you give us a 72-hour notice for any cancellation. If you are unable to cancel your reservation within this 72-hour window you will be charged one full day (rate + tax only) and the charges will be made to the card provided to us at the time of your booking. Our car rental office lot closes at the posted hours. If you plan to return your rental vehicle after business hours, please inform our rental agent before completing your rental agreement. Our rental agent will inform you of the after-hours return process and please note that a fee will apply for after-hours returns. If you should decide to return after hours after you’ve processed your rental, we ask that you please call our office during business hours to obtain the after-hours return details. If our location is closed, please email us at laxinfo@bwrac.com in advance so that we may assist.
