  • Please provide us with a copy of your Driver’s License and vehicle insurance.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

Upon arrival to LAX, just outside of baggage claim, stay on the inside curb and proceed to the pink sign that reads “LAX SHUTTLES”. Look for and board the Blue Bus that reads Green Line or the Metro Connector Shuttle. Let the driver know that you are getting off at the first stop, the Remote Car Rental Depot. Once you are in route to the depot, please call our office at 310-337-9999.

IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION

  • Must present original Valid Driver’s License and Major Credit Card or Debit Card 
    • We do NOT accept Debit Cards on Luxury and Exotic Rentals.
    • To use a debit card you must have your own full coverage insurance that will transfer to the rental
  • Proof of Automobile coverage
  • A return flight ticket and local address or hotel.
  • If you are local to Los Angeles, you will be asked to provide proof of address such as a utility bill.
  • Minimum deposit is $500 plus the rental amount on a major credit card.
  • Minimum deposit is $1,000 plus the rental amount on a debit card, on standard cars only 
  • Actual deposit may vary depending on Make, Model, and duration of rental.
  • If you are 18-24, the underage fee starts at $25 per day depending on the rental vehicle.
  • Underage renters must also have own vehicle insurance and only standard cars may be rented. 
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRE-PAID OR LOADABLE DEBIT CARDS. 
    • (EDD Cards, Green Dot, Chime, Square App, Venmo, or PayPal for example)
  • NO CASH DEPOSITS
  • Rental period are 24-hours increments; a rental day. You may return at any time.  If you pick up at 9am then you are due back at 9am, anything after 2-hour grace period will be an extra day.
  • Last shuttle ride to and from LAX is 30 minutes prior to closing time. 4:30pm on weekdays and 3:30pm on weekends.

CANCELLATION

We ask that you give us a 72-hour notice for any cancellation.  If you are unable to cancel your reservation within this 72-hour window you will be charged one full day (rate + tax only) and the charges will be made to the card provided to us at the time of your booking.  If you have more questions concerning our cancellation policy please direct them to [email protected]

AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: 

After hours return is an additional $45 that will be charged to your rental contract.  Please let your rental agent know at time of pick up if you need to return after normal office hours. Otherwise, if you have to return when we are closed please drop vehicle at Joes Parking 6151 W. Century Blvd, enter the phone number given to us at pick up on the screen at the gate in order to retrieve parking ticket, leave ticket on dash and email us the parking space number.
